Eat alone in your bedroom with something very full of flavour. Chew and chew and chew, let it settle then chew some more. Get all of the flavour then spit it in a trash can. This will make you feel like you've eaten. Very good. Make sure no one see's you.
Eat ice cubes all the time! This makes you cold, keeps you busy, your mouth is too cold to put anything in it. Your mouth will be numb too. It's great!
Keep on something. Computer, T.V, DVD's. Makes you not bored and makes you forget about food. Go on msn allot aswell, bebo, myspace, IMVU, email people. Add as many people you can, plus pro-ana's aswell. Talk about how fat you are! It makes you angry at food and not bored.
